30-60-90 Day Plan
A structured personal roadmap for the first three months in a new role, split into learn, contribute, deliver phases.
Listening Tour
A round of short 1:1s with key people in the first month, asking the same questions every time, designed to surface patterns rather than anecdotes.
30-Day Note
A one-page written summary delivered to your manager at the end of month one. Three sections: what you learned, what surprised you, what you will focus on next.
60-Day Calibration
The mid-quarter conversation where you compare what you expected to do with what you actually do, and renegotiate the rest of the plan.
Skip-Level 1:1
A 1:1 between you and your manager's manager, used to get unfiltered context and signal organizational health.
Brag Doc
A private running list of your wins, growth moments, and feedback received. Written for your future self at promotion or job-search time.
Early Win
A small, visible, ship-able contribution made in the first 30 days, designed to build trust without overreaching.
Stay Interview
A 1:1 in the first quarter where your manager asks what would make you want to leave or stay long-term, before the question becomes urgent.
